Ross L. Frazer, VMD, MD, 75, of Homer City, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by family, Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, at Allegheny General Hospital.
A son of the late David George and Margaret Nancy Simpson Frazer, he was born June 24, 1943, in East Brady.
He is survived by five children: Christin Frazer, of Indiana; Ross Frazer and wife Kelly, of McDonald; Amy DiStefano and husband Ben, of Fairview; Brian Frazer and wife Angela, of Homer City; and David Frazer and wife Miranda, of Ellwood City; a brother, David Frazer and wife Nancy, of Fairmont, WV; a sister, Nancy Booth and husband Tom, of Bethel Park; 16 grandchildren: Abigail, Katelyn, Ethan, Alanna, Aviendha, Naomi, Anna Maria, Meghan, Samuel, Emma, Grace, Brady, Maria, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Melissa Ann Eppley Frazer.
Receiving of friends will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., Indiana. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in Bethel Church Cemetery, with Pastor Ben DiStefano officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a mission organization of your choosing in order to continue to spread the good news of Jesus Christ our Savior.
