White Township Supervisors met last night and discussed the Risinger Road dead end street.
Citizens in the area of Risinger Road had wanted a proper turnaround area put in as the road was cut off by the construction of Route 422, and the supervisors had requested PennDOT install the turnaround. Township manager Milt Lady said that they received a letter from PennDOT that said that they will not put the turnaround in, and he explained why.

Lady added he believed the township will not construct the turnaround themselves.
In other business, the Supervisors were presented another draft of the Stormwater Management Ordinance, with changes that have been made since the previous draft of the ordinance. The Supervisors will take a close look at it over the next few weeks and will have it up for approval for advertisement at their next meeting.
