State police in Kittanning report the arrests of four people, three of them from Indiana County, after a traffic stop on Route 28 in Harmar Township, Allegheny County on January 2nd.
Police pulled over 23-year-old Kilynn Reed of Punxsutawney for vehicle code violations shortly after 8 o’clock that night. She ended up being charged with driving under the influence. Her three passengers all were charged with possession of heroin, and one of them, 29-year-old Lindsay May Rowley of Penn Run, also had two outstanding warrants on her, both from Indiana County. Rowley has an active case listed on her criminal docket, to face charges of theft by extortion by revealing a secret, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.
The other two in Reed’s car, who along with Rowley are accused of having heroin on them, were 53-year-old Walter Charles Bowser of Smicksburg and 34-year-old Matthew Brian Pacconi of Indiana.
