In Indiana County Court today, three defendants are scheduled to be sentenced for crimes to which they’ve plead guilty.
They include 19-year-old Shawn Michael Stonebraker of Commodore, who admitted guilt to a single charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. State police found a large amount of marijuana when they pulled Stonebraker over for a traffic violation on Tanoma Road last April.
43-year-old Brook Lorelli of Homer City will be sentenced for theft, committed last July.
58-year-old Steven Wells Sr. of Rochester Mills will be sentenced for guilty pleas to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief, committed last June.
Also in court today, post-sentencing hearings are scheduled for two defendants:
68-year-old Kennard Keith Kelly of Johnstown pleaded guilty to indecent assault in September in exchange for non-prosecution on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a person less then thirteen years old, indecent assault of a person less then thirteen, and three counts of corruption of minors. He was sentenced to two years of probation and required to register as a sexually violent predator under provisions of the state’s Megan’s Law.
30-year-old Justin Allan Stiles of McIntyre pleaded guilty in October to four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was sentenced to three years of probation for each. He filed his post-sentence motion last month.
