Gary Todd Eppley, 67, of Homer City, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018.
A son of the late Robert Lewis and Naomi Elizabeth Phillippi Eppley, he was born Feb. 5, 1951, in Indiana.
Todd served in the Navy and specialized in air conditioning and refrigeration. He loved woodworking and like looking for new projects. He was an active member of the Homer City United Methodist Church, where he spent a good part of his days helping out. He especially enjoyed preparing for the annual Easter Egg sale with his friends at the church. His family greatly appreciates the friendship and care that Gail, Julie and Marj, of the church, offered him.
Todd is survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lewis Eppley, Jr; and his sister, Melissa Ann Eppley Frazer.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held for Gary at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 at the Homer City United Methodist Church, with Pastor Katrina Laude officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Robinson-Lytle, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
