Timothy M. Genchur, age 63, of Indiana, died Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at his home after a lengthy battle with cancer.
He was born in 1955 in Indiana to Joseph and Betty Begenyi Genchur.
Tim was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Dixonville.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and spending time in Elk country.
He was self-employed for many years in the gas industry and was more recently employed by Universal Well Services.
Tim is survived by his long-time companion Sherree Ashbaugh, Indiana; two children, Jamie Genchur, Indiana; Tara Genchur and husband Arnold “Bud” Palmer, Indiana; two sisters and one brother, Kathleen Musso and husband Lewis, Wintersville, OH; Clifford Genchur and wife Amy, Indiana; Amy Keller and husband Rich, Lonaconing, MD; two granddaughters, Kayley Palmer and Brynlee Genchur, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Elsie Peel.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation from 10 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a memorial service will begin at 12:30 P.M. with Pastor Larry Henry officiating.
