Indiana Borough Police have filed charges against two people for illegally using a credit card at a downtown bar last February.
28-year-old Victor Montoya of Indiana and 22-year-old Mackenna Miller of New Columbia, Union County, are charged with access device fraud for using the card between February 1st and 2nd at the establishment in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street. They were charged via criminal complaint before District Judge Guy Haberl.
