Indiana state police report a drug bust during a traffic stop along Route 119 in South Burrell Township. It occurred shortly after 5 o’clock Thursday afternoon.
After stopping a vehicle carrying Brian Kutsch of Indiana and Allen Coleman of Cleveland, Ohio for a traffic violation, police determined probable cause to initiate a search. Police seized suspected raw heroin, suboxone, suspected crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, various drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of US currency.
Both Kutsch and Coleman were lodged in the Indiana County Jail awaiting arraignment. Coleman’s bail was set at $150,000, and Kutsch’s at $100,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6th.
