The NFL has fined three Steelers for penalties committed in the Tampa Bay game two weeks ago. Darrius Heyward-Bey was fined $26,739 for drawing an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty while arguing with an official. Safety Sean Davis was fined $20,054 for roughing the passer, and linebacker Jonathan Bostic was fined $10,026 for an unnecessary roughness penalty.
