IUP freshman Qashah Carter has been named PSAC Special Teams Player of the Week after his performance in Saturday’s loss to California.
Carter returned a kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown and finished with 163 kickoff return yards.
Carter leads the conference with a 35.1 average on 12 returns.
