Indiana County’s courts will be busy today with plea court hearings and parole revocation hearings, with many of the hearings related to drug charges. However, one man is set to plead today to charges not related to drugs.
A plea court hearing will be held today for Dillan Michael Palmer of Josephine for two different cases. For a case that dates back to August of last year, he faces charges of aggravated assault of a person under six years of age, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and reckless endangerment. In the other case, 10 months later, Palmer was charged with escape, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. Few details are available on either case.
Meanwhile in the District Courts, a preliminary hearing will be held today for a Plumville man charged with rape and incest. Few details are available on the incident, but we know that Robert Eugene Adams will have his preliminary hearing today on two counts each of rape and incest related to charges made in August.
