JOSEPH BOEHM, 15

Joseph Thomas Paul Boehm, 15, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
The son of William K. Boehm, Jr. and Melissa A. (Shaffor) Boehm, he was born November 27, 2002 in Opelika, Alabama.
Joseph was a sophomore at Blairsville High School and was on the track team and in the band.
He loved the outdoors.
Surviving are his parents, William K. and Melissa A. Boehm of Blairsville; brother, William K. Boehm, III at home; maternal grandfather, Dennis E. Shaffor of Clarksburg and paternal grandparents, William K. Boehm, Sr. of Allentown and Mae McCartney of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Cynthia Foster.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA.
