Multiple police cars were called out to the Indiana County Courthouse yesterday for an incident involving a courthouse employee that is not suspicious at this point.
Indiana County Sheriff Bob Fyock said that on Tuesday, state and local police were called out to the courthouse for what turned out to be an incident involving a county maintenance worker who fell. The reason for the state police and borough police being called out to the courthouse was that individuals had called the respective agencies. As it turned out, the maintenance worker was taken to the hospital for treatment and they were released.
Also, Indiana County Judge Tom Bianco was taken to the hospital at nearly the same time as the maintenance worker. Sheriff Fyock said that Bianco felt ill and went to the hospital as a precaution. He too was treated and released yesterday.
Fyock said that the incidents are not related and are not suspicious.
