Few details are available about a fire that was reported earlier this morning in the Plumville area.
Indiana county 911 reports that the structure fire was reported on 981 Georgeville Road in South Mahoning Township at 4:51 this morning. Crews from Plumville and Marion Center and two fire crews from Armstrong County were called in initially, along with members of the RIG team and Citizens Ambulance. A third department from Armstrong County was called in around 5:30 this morning to help with the firefighting efforts.
The building on fire is a two-story wood-framed structure. We just received word the fire is now under control and state police are being notified to bring the fire marshal to the scene to determine the cause.
