EAST WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP
State police reports today include an accusation against a Seward man who police say punched a 16-year-old Indiana girl in the face last Thursday. 18-year-old Brandon Vukovich is the suspect. Police classify the case as harassment. It happened at a location along Route 56 East in East Wheatfield Township.
RAYNE TOWNSHIP
Police say a 44-year-old Marion Center man violated a protection from abuse order last Friday night by inviting a 43-year-old woman into his home along Bethel Church Road in Rayne Township, and then refusing to let her leave. The incident took place over a period of almost seven hours. The woman is now listed as living in New Florence. Neither she nor the suspect is publicly identified.
BRUSH VALLEY TOWNSHIP
Two men are accused of fighting with each other early on Monday morning along Campground Road in Brush Valley Township. Both were injured in the altercation. Neither is publicly identified. One of the men is a 45-year-old Dilltown resident. The other is a 32-year-old who lives in Blairsville.
