Josh Dobbs and Mason Rudolph combined to thrown for 241 yards and three touchdowns as the Steelers crushed the Carolina Panthers 39-24 in the preseason finale at Heinz Field. Dobbs also rushed for a score in the winning effort. The Steelers wrapped up the exhibition slate with three wins in four games.
The Steelers now shift their sights from the preseason to the regular-season opener. They will begin prep for their Week One game at Cleveland. It’s expected that running back Le’Veon Bell will report early next week after holding out for the second straight year.
