There is a non-jury trial and a Plea Court proceeding today in Indiana County Court, and a number of probation revocation hearings.
Judge William Martin will conduct the non-jury trial of 36-year-old Robert Allen Ayres of Indiana, who is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment in a case from December of last year.
Ayres was supposed to have a jury trial last week, but that was changed to non-jury, and rescheduled for today.
Plea Court is scheduled today for 40-year-old Bradley Kuzemczak of Indiana, who is charged in four separate cases. He will appear before Judge Thomas Bianco to answer two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two more for conspiracy to the same offense, criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. There’s a second case in which he’s charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. In another case, he was originally charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, but that was changed to selling a non-controlled substance represented as a controlled substance. There is an additional charge for the same offense, along with criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance. Finally, he is charged in yet another case with retail theft.
