The high school football season openers are Friday night and your Renda Broadcast stations will have four games for area fans.
In the Heritage Conference, pre-season favorite Ligonier Valley opens at Homer Center on WCCS AM 1160 and 101.1 FM. Blairsviile travels to Penns Manor on Cat Country 106.3 FM. The game of the week on U92.5 FM has Purchase Line at West Shamokin.
In the WPIAL, Indiana will play host to Armstrong High School on WDAD AM 1450 and 100.3 FM.
