IUP held a team scrimmage yesterday at Miller Stadium / Cignetti Field. Highlights included:
– Two touchdown runs by Chris Temple of 41 and 20 yards
– An 80 yard touchdown pass from freshman quarterback Javon Davis to Zac Kelly.
– Davis threw for 181 yards and two touchdowns
– Veteran quarterback Lenny Williams added another touchdown pass, with 131 yards, and added 41 yards rushing.
– On the defensive side, Dondrea Tillman, Ernest Shockley (a Bowie State transfer) and Rauyna Mitchell recorded sacks.
– Transfer defensive back from Liberty, Cameron Jones, had an interception.
