State police have not released the name of an impaired driver who crashed into a house on West Main Street in Rural Valley early yesterday, injuring a boy who was sleeping inside.
State police say a 23-year-old Rural Valley man’s vehicle hit a parked vehicle, and the driver was unable to regain control and went off the street, smashing into the house. An 8-year-old boy was struck by debris and suffered a minor back injury.
Charges against the driver are pending the results of his blood test.
