No one was injured Monday evening when an unoccupied vehicle drifted onto Oakland Avenue in White Township and hit a car, then continued and hit another car across the street.
State police say it happened when 34-year-old Ayidh Awadh Alhajri of Indiana pulled into the Sunoco station near Rose Street, got out of the car and went into the store. The 2008 Hyundai Sonata rolled out of the sloped parking lot of the gas station, striking the rear passenger side of a vehicle driven by Dennis Adkins of Judsonia, Arizona, and then the front passenger side of a vehicle operated by Billy Canter of Troutdale, Virginia, before finally drifting into the parking lot of Long John Silver’s and hitting a parked vehicle there.
Police cited Alhajri for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
