Today is the annual Fraternal Order of Police Country Music Show at Mack Park.
This marks the 44th year for the annual country music concert to benefit the FOP, and this year will feature Jo Dee Messina as the headline performer. The singer, known for hits like “Heads Carolina, Tails California”, “Bye-Bye”, and “I’m Alright”, sounds excited to perform in Indiana once again, especially with the busy schedule she keeps during her summer tour.
Also on the bill for today’s show are Chuck Blasko and the Vogues, making their return to the FOP show, and Nashville sensation Larry Frick. Frick will be a guest this morning on the Acoustic Hour with Anthony Frazier from 9-10 on WCCS.
Today’s Country Music Show starts at 3:00 today at the Mack Park Fairgrounds. Tickets are still available for a $25 donation.
