The White Township Planning Commission received a draft of a new Stormwater Management Ordinance at last night’s meeting.
Matt Genchur, the Code Enforcement officer, submitted the plan for their review. He said one of the major changes of the ordinance will involve those who are building a home or making a major home remodeling project that would require a uniform construction code permit. There would be an extra page to the application that will focus on how stormwater would be handled on the property.
It will be up for approval by the Planning Commission at their meeting next month, and after that, it would go to the Township Supervisors for their approval.
In other business, the commission approved a final site plan for Four Footed Friends, for a 20′ by 20′ addition to their facilities on Beck Road.
