Three leaders of S&T Bank have been named to leadership roles to a statewide association of bankers.
Senior Executive Vice Presidents Becky Stapleton, Tom Sposito and Jennifer Myers were each named to expanded leadership roles with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. Rob Jorgenson, the executive vice president of S&T Bank’s marketing division, talked about how big an honor it is for these three to be named to these new leadership positions. He called the PBA their advocacy group and said the positions they have been named to are very important.
Stapleton will serve with the PBA’s group one representatives, which serve Indiana county along with fifteen others. Sposito will serve as a board policy committee chairman in member relations, which includes the women in banking, emerging leaders and retired bankers programs. Myers will serve in the women in banking committee, which is a peer group that works with statewide educational programming to generate additional professional development opportunities and mentoring initiatives for women.
