One of the three men who was charged with theft and drug-related charges for an incident last December is headed to court today in a separate case.
32-year-old Anthony Walker of Indiana faces five misdemeanor counts for an incident of theft that stems back to an incident on November 27th, one month before he was implicated along with Dakil Blair and Jamael Campbell, both of Pittsburgh, with theft from an apartment on December 22nd. When police arrived at the apartment, the three ran from the scene. When he was arrested with Blair and Campbell, police found drug paraphernalia on his person, and that he was wanted on a state corrections warrant.
The charges Walker faces in this trial are one count of theft by deception and four counts of retail theft. The hearing will be held at 1:00 at District Judge Susanne Steffee’s office.
