Melissa Ann Myers, 52, of Commodore, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018.
A daughter of the late Richard Vaughn and Annabelle Waltemire Bennett, she was born Jan. 10, 1966, in Indiana.
Mrs. Myers was a graduate of Marion Center High School. Melissa was a cashier at Home Station Auto and was an active fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, doing crafts, baking, cooking, crocheting, sewing, spending time with her nieces and nephews and her special dogs.
Melissa is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Myers, of Commodore; four sisters: Louise Mountain, of Armagh; Tammy Bowman and husband Bryan, of Indiana; Alice Miller and husband James, of Sagamore; and Sharon St. Clair and husband Dean, of Penn Run; her mother-in-law, Betty Walker, of Hillsdale; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Zachary Vaughn Myers and Donald James Bennett; and her father-in-law, Harry Myers, Jr.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Sally Lydic officiating. Interment will be in East Mahoning Cemetery.
