An Indiana man with an extensive criminal history is in trouble with the law again. State police say 24-year-old Weylin Storm Fratzke is facing charges of retail theft, possession of suspected marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia for having a glass smoking pipe on him last Wednesday when entered the White Township Walmart store and stole $137.52 worth of merchandise.
Fratzke has had fourteen criminal cases go through Indiana County Common Pleas Court in the last five years.
