Indiana Borough police report the arrest of Sean Lloyd of Indiana Saturday afternoon.
Police say a “highly intoxicated” Lloyd was found lying in the garage bay at Tire Express, at 304 Philadelphia Street at 4:18 PM. He was charged with public drunkenness and released later to a sober adult.
