Indiana Borough Police say a man and woman from Cambria County are facing drug charges after being caught with heroin yesterday in the parking lot of the Dollar General Street along North 4th Street.
26-year-old Trevor Johnson and 29-year-old Miranda Schell of Ebensburg are charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed before District Judge Guy Haberl.
