Indiana Borough police report a vehicle accident and hit-and-run occurred earlier this month.
Shortly before 2:30 PM on May 2nd, police were dispatched to the intersection of South 6th Street and Church Street for a report of a hit-and-run. The vehicle that fled is described as a white Ford Focus or Subaru with license plate number JTV-2538. White paint transfer was observed on the victim’s car.
After the offending vehicle fled, it also struck an Indiana Borough Parking sign in the 600 block of Church Street.
