Yesterday was the annual Mario Luther Golf for the Cure Charity Golf Classic, which benefitted the Women’s Imaging Center at IRMC.
This marks the 33rd year for the annual fundraising golf outing at the Indiana Country Club. Heather Reed, the executive director of the Indiana Healthcare Foundation said that firday’s outing was important on a lot of levels, calling those raising funds “lifesavers” for helping the Women’s Imaging Center and related entities like Bertie’s Closet.
The outing was expected to raise over $10,000 for the women’s imaging center at IRMC. No word yet on how much money was raised.
