Indiana Borough Police have charged an Ernest man in connection with a domestic incident yesterday in the borough.
Police say around 7:30 PM, a domestic incident happened in a home on South 13th Street, and during that time, 27-year-old Jared Eiselman of Ernest choked and assaulted a woman, who was not named in the report. On the 11th, Eiselman was taken into custody on a warrant, and he was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment.
He was placed in Indiana County Jail to await his arraignment.
