Among the criminal defendants to be sentenced in Indiana County Court today are several for theft, some of them in multiple filings.
They include 29-year-old Mary Gump of Clarksburg, for receiving stolen property in two cases; 32-year-old Heather Renee Shank of Indiana, for theft in two cases; 32-year-old Douglas James Tantlinger of Waynesburg, for theft by deception in one case and for defiant trespass and theft in another; and 34-year-old Kenneth Ashley Jr. of Townville, for receiving stolen property in one case and for possession of a controlled substance in another.
19-year-old Trenton Sheaffer of Lewisville will be sentenced for a guilty plea to aggravated assault. And in another assault case, 49-year-old Kevin Carrozza of Blairsville will be sentenced for a guilty plea to resisting arrest.
22-year-old Cameron Culbertson of Waynesburg will be sentenced for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
51-year-old Robin Ashbaugh of Indiana will be sentenced for a guilty plea to misdemeanor criminal mischief, with non-prosecution on thirteen felony counts of theft by deception.
