Final site plans were approved at last night’s White Township Planning Commission Meeting, including the plans for an expansion at the Indiana County Emergency Management Agency.
The building on Kolter Drive had a final site plan approved for a 2,456 square foot expansion of their current space. Tom Stutzman with the Emergency Management Agency said the expansion was needed as they have outgrown their current site.
The Planning Commission also approved site plans for Brad Fry on Louise Drive for five storage buildings and a 12 square-foot addition to the Bella Spa and Beauty location on Wayne Avenue.
The commission also gave their approval for final minor subdivisions, including splitting one property into two at the White Family Farm on Plaza Road, and adding a portion of the Turnbull property to the Windy Ridge Business Park.
