Dorothy Louise Shank, 95, of Indiana, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Beacon Ridge.
A daughter of the late Mabel Ruth Hanna, she was born June 2, 1922, in Indiana.
Mrs. Shank lived most of her life in the Indiana area. She had been an operator at Bell Telephone and was retired from The Communities at Indian Haven, where she was a nurse’s aide. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and enjoyed shopping and buying jewelry.
She is survived by numerous cousins.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dick T. Shank; and a brother, Raymond R. Hanna.
There is no visitation. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakland Cemetery with the Rev. Ryan Mowen officiating. Robinson-Lytle, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
