Indiana County fire crews were quiet yesterday as very few calls came in.
Indiana Count y 911 reports that Coal Run and Iselin fire departments were called in for a unique situation on Short Street in Young Township at 5:03 PM, as there were reports of a tree down on some wires and smoldering. This was possibly due to the high winds and rain storms that came through the area late Friday afternoon.
Elderton Fire Department was also called out yesterday at 8:14 PM for a gas leak on Route 422 in Armstrong Township.
