IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll has announced that the interim vice president for University Advancement at IUP has been given the job on a permanent basis.
After making a national search for the new vice president, the university decided to give the job to Khatmeh Osserian-Hanna. She had been working as the interim vice president since September of 2017 and during that time, her fundraising accomplishments included raising $53 million towards a new goal of $75 million as part of recent fundraising efforts, securing the largest one-time university gift of $23 million from the Kopchiks, and securing the required $7 million matching grant money to get construction of the university’s new science building underway.
