State police are investigating an April 10th burglary at a home in Saltsburg.
Police say a homeowner’s wife saw a male taking a box filled with property from the home at 322 Ash Way between 4:30 and 4:46 last Tuesday afternoon. The home is owned by a 32-year-old Saltsburg man, but the report does not indicate whether or not he lives there. Police were summoned and they say that while interviewing a neighbor, a person of interest or suspect was identified.
No arrest has been made yet and no criminal charges have been filed as the investigation is ongoing. The suspect was wearing a dark-colored ball cap, a plaid short, and blue jeans. Anyone with information is urged to call Corporal Eric Bartlett at 357-1964.
