The Pirates’ Corey Dickerson’s bunt single brought home Starling Marte in the 9th inning to give the Bucs a 1-0 win over the Miami Marlins Saturday night. Marte had also reached base on a bunt single. George Kontos pitched the 8th and got the win, with Felipe Vazquez working the 9th for his 5th save. Pirates’ starter Jameson Taillon threw six scoreless innings despite struggling with his control.

The Penguins and Flyers play Game 3 of their Stanley Cup playoff series on Sunday at 3 o’clock in Philadelphia. The teams split the first two games in Pittsburgh, with the Pens winning Game 1 and the Flyers evening the series with a 5-1 victory in Game 2 on Friday night.
