Helen L. (McConnell) Jones Saunders, 94, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Beacon Ridge, Indiana, PA.
The daughter of William D. and Della (McFeaters) McConnell, she was born August 27, 1923 in Blairsville, PA.
Helen was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville.
She was a homebody, loved taking care of her family and like to read and work crossword puzzles.
Surviving is her son, Ronald L. Jones, Blairsville, PA
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Elmer L. Jones in 1979; second husband, Orville Saunders in 1998 and three brothers, Robert H. McConnell, William D. McConnell and James P. McConnell.
As per Helen’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
