A Derry woman has been charged with drug crimes after a warrant was served on her at her home earlier this month.
In a report just released today, state police say 51-year-old Veronica Simms had drugs in plain sight when they arrived to serve the warrant at the home at M and B Place on March 11th. . Authorities seized about four bricks of heroin, containing 215 glassine packets labeled “Gorilla Glue”, as well as one ounce of marijuana and $1,690 in case.
Simms was taken into custody based on the drugs found and other warrants against her.
