MARGARET ENGLE, 92

Margaret Caroline (Pierce) Brady Engle, 92, of Hillsdale, PA passed peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.
The daughter of Homer James Pierce and Susan Kidd (Atherton) Pierce, she was born on March 20, 1926 in Banks Twp., Indiana Co., PA.
Margaret was an active, long time member of the First Baptist Church of Glen Campbell, where she had been accorded the honor of Deaconess Emerita. As one of the most prominent members, she devotedly dedicated countless hours of service to her church for over four decades.
Margaret married Norman Samuel Brady, who passed away in 1949. She was then married to Gilbert William Engle, who passed away in 1994.
She is survived by her five children: Shirley Brady Hamel of Garnet Valley, PA; Margaret “Peggy” Brady Stossel and husband Donald of Rehoboth Beach, DE; Patricia Darlene Brady of Columbus, OH; Beth Ann Engle Raymond of Columbus, GA and Curtiss William Engle and wife Mary Jo of Hillsdale, PA; her nine grandchildren and her 10 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA. An 10:00 a.m. Ceremony of Christian Celebration will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 29, 2018 officiated by The Right Reverend Dr. Allan N. Campbell, Bishop of Saint Andrew, EB USA. Interment will be at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Urey, PA.
