IUP senior guard Anthony Glover Jr. was named yesterday to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-Atlantic District first team. That makes Glover a unanimous first team selection, as he also earned All-Atlantic Region honors by the Conference Commissioners Association (CCA), which is chosen by Division II sports information directors.
The senior guard averaged a team-best of 20.1 points, and led the PSAC with 3.4 3-pointers made per game. His IUP record 100 3-pointers made is currently eighth in Division II.
Glover is the fifth straight IUP player to land on an all-region team. Cobo Diaz made it last year. Brandon Norfleet in 2016, Devante Chance in 2015, and Marcel Souberbielle in 2014.
