The Penguins are back on the ice tomorrow when they head North to take on the Maple Leafs in Toronto.
Pittsburgh sits on top of the Metropolitan Division with 82 points, one clear of second-place Washington. The Leafs are third in the Atlantic with 85 points and on a four-game slide.
Uncertain of the status of injured forwards Bryan Rust and Dominic Simon, the Penguins yesterday called up center Josh Jooris from Wilkes-Barre. Jooris was acquired for minor league forward Greg McKegg at this year’s trade deadline.
