A 22-year-old IUP student on Monday pleaded guilty in Allegheny County to posing nude for an outdoor daytime photo shoot last April.
Chelsea Guerra of Indiana and 64-year-old photographer Michael Warnock both entered negotiated guilty pleas to misdemeanor disorderly conduct before Allegheny County Judge Jill Rangos. Each was fined $300.
Warnock hired Guerra after she answered his Craigslist ad for a nude model. He paid her $300, to pose nude, with only thigh-high black stockings and high heels on. They did it on a Saturday morning at 11 AM, in full view of shoppers at the Miracle Mile Shopping Center in Monroeville.
Guerra is still listed as a student at IUP, majoring in journalism and public relations.
