Two final site plans were approved at last night’s White Township Planning Commission meeting.
One of those site plans was actually a revision to a previously approved plan at the Diamond Drug site at the former Novosel Civic Center on Route 286. The revision concerns the loading dock area, according to Assistant Township Manager Chris Anderson. The addition will be 10 feet by 14 feet and will be used to facilitate some extra equipment.
The other site plan that was approved was a 6,000 square foot addition for the Hilltop Baptist Church on Route 286. The plan is for a new Gym and Locker room building on their property. Approval is conditional on storm water improvements and the installation of a dosing tank for their septic system.
