The IUP basketball teams went on the road to Erie last night for a doubleheader with Gannon. The women gave up only 13 points in the entire second half as they won, 71-38. The men fell behind by double digits in both the first and second half and a rally at the end came up short as they lost 75-66.
Megan Smith led the Crimson Hawks’ women with 31 points and Anthony Glover Jr. led the men with 29.
Both IUP teams are back on the road again tomorrow, for a doubleheader at Clarion (92.5 FM U92 and the U92 Sportchannel)
