Police report an incident of underage drinking and public drunkenness, as well as an incident involving terroristic threats.
Indiana Borough police responded to an establishment in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 12:24 AM Saturday for the report of an unresponsive female in the bathroom there. Upon arrival, 20-year-old Rebecca Downs of Monrovia, Maryland was found, and taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center by Citizens Ambulance. Downs was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness, and the investigation is on-going.
State police report a confrontation at One-Stop Gas Station along Route 56 in Armagh Borough on January 25th. An identified 60-year-old Seward man confronted a 36-year-old woman, also from Seward, along with a 51-year-old Homer City man, before fleeing the scene. The investigation continues.
