Two of the six people involved in a drug raid at a Center Township home will be in district court today for their preliminary hearings.
21-year-old Troy Deion Baker, Jr. of Euclid, Ohio and 25-year-old Desmond Jacoby Baker of Brackenridge were two of the six suspects inside a home on Fire Acadeny Road in Center Township during a drug raid on August 24th. The raid was conducted by officers with the Attorny General’s office. Agents reported that the drugs found at the scene included 3.28 grams of raw heroin and fentanyl, nearly 13 grams of suspected crack cocaine, $995 in cash, a suspected “owe sheet” and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Both men will have their preliminary hearings this afternoon in front of district judge Guy Haberl. They each face two counts each of felony manufacture with intent to deliver and conspiracy to that charge, and single counts of misdemeanor simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. - Kathleen Rauso of Homer City, Jennifer Marie Johnson of Indiana and Brian Pruitt of Cleveland, Ohio, had their charges held for the court of common pleas in December. Their formal arraignments will be held on January 30th.
- Jeffrey Rauso of Homer City has a preliminary hearing at the District Court level on January 23rd.
