In Indiana County Court today, there are motions hearing involving three cases and two defendants.
Two of the cases are burglaries committed eight years ago. 26-year-old Addison Lee McCracken of Indiana already pleaded guilty to reduced charges in the case, but is seeking a writ of habeas corpus to dismiss the charges. McCracken last month was denied a motion to vacate the sentence, fines, and restitution for the guilty pleas. The case involved two break-ins on January 15th, 2010.
Today’s other motions hearing involves 40-year-old Matthew Raymond Culp of Indiana, who is charged with two counts of driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children, and recklessly endangering another person for a traffic stop last June.
Both hearings will be held before Judge Thomas Bianco.
